1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "uan365" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at uan365.net, operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the uan365 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers for or accesses an account on the uan365 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's uan365 account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required prior to withdrawals and as part of ongoing account compliance.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the uan365 Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or financial transaction, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and uan365.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and uan365 relating to the subject matter herein. uan365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the uan365 Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling. uan365 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The uan365 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. uan365 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or legal in locations outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a uan365 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active uan365 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. uan365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses without notice.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

uan365 may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and payment method ownership confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your uan365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. uan365 will never ask for your password via any channel, including Live Chat, email, or Viber.

You must notify uan365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. uan365 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. uan365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available via your registered Philippine mobile number.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not access your uan365 account on shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Enable login alerts so you are notified of any sign-in from an unrecognised device.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uan365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless a specific cryptocurrency channel is selected. uan365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your uan365 account within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to two (2) banking hours depending on the sending institution. uan365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to prior completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. uan365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Any deposit made must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the principal deposit amount will be approved.
• uan365 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation for large transactions.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

5.5 Currency & Exchange

All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a player deposits via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), the equivalent PHP value will be credited based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the confirmed transaction. uan365 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

uan365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including live dealer games, sports betting, and bingo — may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. 6.2 Bonus Validity

Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated uncompleted wagering cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

uan365 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the uan365 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

uan365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the relevant game provider and are independently audited.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's account.
• uan365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a wager. uan365's server logs will determine the final outcome of any interrupted game round.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uan365 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated exploitation of the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the uan365 Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Conducting any form of arbitrage or professional advantage play specifically designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uan365 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the operation of the uan365 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

9Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the uan365 Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the uan365 Platform without prior written consent.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uan365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.

uan365's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the liability arises. uan365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

12Privacy & Data Protection

uan365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering a uan365 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

uan365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notice posted on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the uan365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact uan365 through our official support channels and allow a reasonable period for resolution. uan365 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, both parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.
